A further hearing in respect of Olly Sheridan has taken place in the High Court with judgment handed down today.
Both parents were represented by experienced lawyers throughout the 10 day hearing, also attended by accredited media representatives and legal bloggers. Another hearing will take place in the new year to establish Olly’s future care arrangements. We aim to attend and update, in so far as reporting restrictions allow.
Olly went missing with his mother for over 8 months in the summer of 2019, in the midst of family court proceedings about his living and contact arrangements. We last wrote about his case here, with links to earlier reports.
