We are very sad to learn of the death last week of Sir James Munby, the former President of the Family Division and an active supporter of The Transparency Project. No doubt much will be said in the next few days about Sir James’ huge contribution to family justice over his long career.
It is very sad. I worked with him at the Law Commission, and admired him greatly. Do you know where/how it has been announced, please?
